10. Hammerhead
Doctors had to remove 3 nails that were hammered directly into this man’s head. The man claims that it was self inflicted but police aren’t really buying this story, Police believed it was involved in some type of criminal activity because seriously, who would do that to themselves! It took him over 3 months but he finally made a recovery. Hopefully he paid his off gambling debts.
9. Bullet Nose
Ever feel like you got a stuffy nose that just won’t go away? We’ll you could have a bullet up there. Doctors believed that this bullet in the X Ray has been lodge d in her sinus cavity for over 48 years! She had suffered a lot of difficulty breathing and doctors were extremely shocked. She remembers being struck by a mysterious object in the face when she was a teenager, and this proves she was hit with a bullet.
8. Put a Fork in It
It really seems like people need to watch out for these extremely dangerous forks! If someone could invent fork proof shoes that would just be great.
7. Toothbrush or Dare?
Many of us partaked a few games of truth or dare games when we were younger. But this guy didn’t get dared to kiss the cute girl he was hoping for. Apparently he was dared to swallow a toothbrush like you see in this photo. Maybe next time he’ll pick truth.
6. Don’t Do It Yourself!
This Xray was taken after a mant was working on some home improvements and accidently hammered this nail into his left middle finger, penetrating through both the bone and the skin. This is what can happen when you screw around too much in shop class!Although it’s not quite as gruesome as some of the other xrays, your finger have high concentrations of nerve endings and it would be extremely painful.
7. Pinhead
This two inch metal pin had to be removed from this man’s brain after a freak accident took place. What’s even stranger about this one is that he didn’t even feel any discomfort for 2 days! Was this some type of alien brain implant or what?

Don’t you hate when your throat is feeling a little itchy? This XRay here shows a photo of a woman who swallowed a safety pin that was lodged in her esophagus. Maybe she’ll watch what she eats more carefully.
4. Fidget Spinner Throat Lodge
It’s starting to seem like kids are finding more and more ways to start hurting themselves with fidget spinners in ways you can only imagine! We know all about fidget spinners now after one of a our recent videos but they are also becoming choking hazards in some cases. One girl in Texas had taken the fidget spinner apart, tried to clean the bearing with her mouth, then it ended up getting stuck in her esophagus. Luckily it didn’t go down her windpipe or should could choked to death. The parent were quite startled and probably won’t be buying their daughter anymore fidget spinners any time soon.
3. Watch Where You’re Going
What are the odds, a tooth of the fork gets bent like that then you end up stepping on it?! This X Ray shows just that. Most be a lot worse than stubbing your toe against a table.

A slight Blemish
What might appear to be an extremely large zit is actually a live grenade that was pulled out of the face of a Colombian soldiers named Luis Eduardo Perez during a military training accident. Medics feared that it might explode during the surgery so they had to be extra careful. Rightfully it was removed outside of the hospital and didn’t risk hurting other patients. Try to be careful and not end up on this list!
