The first thing to understand is what is the lazy eye since many people confuse the terms related to pathologies and eye problems. Once this is clear, it will be easier to understand their relationship with the use of glasses.
Lazy eye: definition
The correct term that is used in optics to refer to this type of problem is amblyopia, although most users know it with the common name of "lazy eye".
It is a pathology that usually affects a single eye, and occurs when it begins to lose vision without any apparent physical reason. That is to say, when analyzing the structure of the eye and its health there is no reason for that loss of vision, but this is real. This loss of vision is not such, but the problem is how the brain interprets the information sent by that eye. The connection between them does not work well and the brain "ignores" the work done by the eye.
Sometimes it happens that this loss of vision can be accompanied by a strabismus principle, causing a deviation of the eye from its natural position.
The lazy eye usually appears in the first years of life, and many experts recommend that the problem be treated before the child reaches 8 years of age.
If I use the glasses all the time will the vague eye become?
