Reigate contemporary dance lessons available from the Reigate School of Ballet and Commercial Dance. Contemporary Dance has become very popular over recent years as children and teenagers can be creative with their body movements, depending on the style of music accompanying them.
Our contemporary dance classes fuse together elements from balletic and lyrical dance with diverse choreographic styles to challenge the conventional dance genres.
This style of dance is a very mature style of dancing which has always been popular with our older pupils, as it involves their own choreographic input and the style can be danced to nearly all styles of music, making it very popular and accessible to all children.
RSB Dance and the Reigate School of Ballet and Commercial Dance now offer this style of dance to ages 8+ as it opens their eyes to how dance can be so creative and diverse.
RSB offers three weekly classes in contemporary and lyrical styles in age-specific groups. So, if you love dancing and would like to challenge yourself to dance in different ways, try our contemporary classes - we offer 3 classes for free for you to try out.
