Reigate School of Ballet & Commercial Dance offer adult ballet classes for both beginner and intermediate levels. If you would like to stay in shape both mentally and physically, and want something less high octane but will still push you in a calmer way, ballet is a great way to stay in shape.
Taught by the lovely Miss Rachael, all our adult ballet classes are taught at Reigate College in mirrored dance studios with ballet barres all around and plenty of car parking spaces.
Rachael was taught at the prestigious Royal Ballet School in Richmond, and later performed as a professional dancer in numerous high brow venues as a classical and commercial dancer in London's ENO, West End and abroad. However her first love has always been ballet, and her fun and light approach brings energy to all her students.
Ballet provides strength, coordination, endurance, combats stress and flexibility, and unlike the gym, it mentally prepares and stimulates as well as physically.
