The Reigate School of Ballet & Commercial Dance promo 2017 & 2018. Our dance school is Reigate's leading performing arts establishment, and provides a real balance of training for all children aged 6 months to adult in a fresh fun filled environment.
With a mix of industry leading performers, experienced and highly qualiified teachers, RSB is the leading school for children wanting to either dance for fun as a hobby or considering dance as a future career. Our first goal is to ensure all children are happy, and we have a good relationship with our parents. We offer 3 free trial classes for all pupils wishing to join the school and for current pupils wishing to try a different genre of dance. We are a nurturing and supportive school and we know that dance can offer so much more than just performing for each individual. Confidence, self-belief and determination are traits that we truly nurture from the start, and a great many of our pupils stay with us for 13 - 15 years, until they go to college. This reassures us that our pupils remain happy throughout their time at RSB, whether they come once or several times a week. One happy family!
Our classes include: toddler dance, ballet, contemporary & lyrical dance, street dance & hip-hop, tap, musical theatre and performing arts training, acro dance, modern and adult dance / fitness.
The school was established in 1963 and has continuously evolved to ensure both training and choreography are current. And with the breadth of classes on offer each week, we are the most prolific performing school for pupils in the area.
Our teachers are a mix of young and older members, which gives our children both current training and a wealth of experience. With Licentiate trained I.S.T.D. teachers, those who have worked in the industry on TV, London's West End, pop videos and even professional ballet companies, our teachers can offer the best training.
We also offer summer schools, theatre trips, events, dance in London at the Royal Albert Hall, a great deal of shows at the Harlequin theatre in Redhill, workshops, movie nights and many other activities. This gives a real family feel to the school and a sense of belonging.
